Support Packages are available depending on the level of support your network needs. Our Bronze
starter package gives a good basic level of support and can be upgraded to our Platinum package which provides a helpdesk
and engineers on site if required.
Our Maintenance Packages provide a breakfix service for all hardware wth varying
levels of service:
* Next Business Day replacement
* 4 hour response with 4 hour fix, Monday to Friday.
* 8 hour response with 8 hour fix, Monday to Friday.
* 4 hour response with Engineer on site, Monday to Friday.
* 24 hour, 4 hour response, Engineer on site, 7 days per week, 365 days per year.
For mission critical installations.
We can advise on the parts of your system need the appropriate level of maintenance
and in some cases we will advise some spares are held on site depending on the level of technical expertise a client has in
house.
