Differing from its sister business Primary Partner, Goldstar is an 'on demand' support
arm working on a 'payment by incident basis'. After a simple registration process*, we provide login and password details
to ensure your company is registered with us.
In summary, we work on the basis that if we can't resolve the issue within a given
time period then there is no charge but if we do provide a fix then we work on a time basis and charge accordingly.
This service will suit smaller companies who have a certain degree of technical knowledge but need
to keep expensive support contract costs to a minimum.
All Goldstar registered clients can upgrade to a Primary Partner maintenance contract at any time and
will receive a 10% discount off standard quoted prices.
* a one off registration fee of £29.95 is applicable.
